If you are having issues with getting the PSP Go Bluetooth to work, you will have problems connecting it to your phone, using it as a PS3 controller or connectivity with a dongle. If you get an error code displayed on screen it could be a problem with the actual module inside the console. To get this feature working again, you will need to reset your psp go to factory settings.
1) Go into the XMB menu select 'Settings'.
2) Then 'System Settings' > 'Restore Default'.
3) Highlight and press 'X' to proceed with the reset. The device will reboot with the Sony logo when accomplished.
