I have just bought a brand new e cig as i am trying to stop smoking the real stuff. It looks like its going to be a new hobby as there is so many different types its unbelievable. Some blow more smoke than others and it looks like a futuristic trend for smokers as time goes by. Anyway it doesn't say on the box how long i should charge it for, i also forgot to ask the adviser at the shop. So my question today is how long to charge the e cig for the very first time of use?
Generally speaking, most electronic cigarettes require to be charged for around 3 hours, max about 4 depending on the mah and the type. Once the battery is fully charged, the charger should inform you with a green led light telling you to unplug the device. Please don't leave it for too long though, unplug it if its been more than five hours, as you can damage it from overcharging that is not covered by the warranty.
