Does Need For Speed Underground 2 Work On Xbox 360?

I have an old copy of Need for Speed Underground 2 for the original Xbox. A game that i loved when playing as a kid. Unfortunately, the laser on the old Xbox packed in after 10 years of use. My questions is, can i play it on the Xbox 360 console.

You may notice that the audio is a bit choppy and the frame rates drop every so often, but the game is certainly playable.
