if check engine light comes on you can use a error code scanner to read and reset codes but if you don't have a scanner like most people then just unscrew the battery connections at the car battery for 1-2 minutes to reset check engine light. Also you can just unplug negative cable on battery for 1 minute, car auto error code reader scanner will tell you what code you have then type in that error code online. usually its a bad or dirty o2 sensor or loose gas cap or air intake sensor near air filter.
